Unfulfilled expectations make us feel robbed of an opportunity. But that opportunity was never ours to own. We build expectations based on our perceptions of how life is supposed to work. Unfortunately, life is not formulaic and it isn’t fair. But it’s all about how you look at life.
Always live your life with a level of discomfort. When we feel satisfied with our life we are complacent. We stop pushing ourselves; we give up and fall short of our dreams. If you want to live a life of regret go ahead. Live in your comfort zone.

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to visit Peru including hiking the Inca trail and visiting the basin of the Amazon jungle. It was an extraordinary experience and a trip I will never forget. The most memorable part of the trip was hiking the Inca trail. I learned three key things on this trek that I wanted to share with you:
